Appointed to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 15 June 2024, Mr. Tan Tian Wooi, is a Member of Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He is a licensed auditor in Malaysia and is registered with the Audit Oversight Board.

Mr. Tan is the Founder and Managing Partner of TGS TW PLT, a member firm of the TGS Network. He was previously attached to Grant Thornton Malaysia as the Director of Assurance and Business Advisory, later joining UHY Malaysia where he assumed the position of Head of Audit and subsequently Managing Partner. 

Mr. Tan’s has 30 years of experience in assurance practice, providing audit, compliance, and business advisory services. His varied experience in audit, investigation, due diligence, and business consultancy and through the years, his expertise opened doors for him to serve in the area of audit, corporate finance, corporate governance and various capacities in listed companies, bank, government agencies, trust, societies and multinational companies of various industries.

Mr. Tan has a track record of success for several initial public offers exercise, merger and acquisition transactions, in addition to being involved in several reverse take-over exercises.
