Appointed to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 9 February 2022, Mr. Leong is currently a director of Auspac Financial Advisory Pty. Ltd.

He has more than 23 years of experience in a broad range of corporate environments such as auditing firms, small and medium-sized enterprises, a US-based multinational corporation, a family office and listed companies. He has held C-suite positions across various industries and has expertise in the capital and debt markets through various fundraising exercises, investment management and consultancy roles.

Mr. Leong, who sits on the boards of several public-listed companies on the ASX and SGX, is a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
