Roy’s early career involved roles at Celcom Axiata Bhd and MBIT Engineering Sdn Bhd, where he gained significant experience in sales, customer service, and business development. His tenure at Agel Enterprises International Sdn Bhd as Chief Executive Officer marked his first major leadership role, where he successfully expanded the company and drove profitability.

In his ongoing journey with TOGL Technology Sdn Bhd, Roy has climbed the ranks from Deputy Executive Officer to Group General Manager, then to Chief Marketing Officer, and now serves as the Chief Executive Officer since January 2024.
