Mr. Khoo was appointed Chief Executive Officer of 9R Limited on 15 June 2024 to lead and oversee the Group’s operations, as well as driving its strategic growth and business transformation initiatives. He also plays a key role in expanding and strengthening the Group’s consumer and entertainment offerings.

With extensive leadership experience across the entertainment, lifestyle, Food and Beverage sectors, Mr. Khoo brings a strong entrepreneurial perspective and market-driven approach to the business, supports 9R Limited’s growth ambitions and strengthens the Group’s ability to remain relevant and responsive to evolving consumer preferences and industry trends.

Mr. Khoo holds a Bachelor of Accounting (First Class Honours) from University Utara Malaysia.
