Ms. Chong is a Fellow Member of Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). She is a holder of Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Sains Malaysia.

She joined 9R Limited as Chief Finance Officer in April 2023 and responsible to oversees the full spectrum of financial aspects of the Group. She has over 30 years of experience in regional roles across various industries including auditing, manufacturing, hospitality, and property development. Her areas of specialisation including corporate reporting, financial management, project feasibility study, corporate governance, treasury, strategic planning, and internal controls.
